I craft engaging illustrations and designs. With maximilism or minimalism, I'm happy to take my creativity and turn your idea into something tangible. By way of illustration we can tell your brands visual story and make it more engaging and memorable. Whether you're looking for promotional, publication, social media content, etc.
Develop concepts by using moodboards to create illustrations, logos and other designs by using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or by hand. For each illustration, I utilize the appropriate kind of illustration (flat illustration, line art, child friendly, editorial, etc.) and colours to reflect the brands needs.

Process
Every project is different but this is the structure I generally like to follow, and this is what you can expect from me:
You’ll tell me what your design needs are. I like to do a "Q&A" to best understand what it is you're looking for. Here's a few ways to do that:
* Google Forms: If you have a Google / Gmail account you just have to log in, fill out the form, and submit it.
* PDF: You can use the prepared PDF that can be filled in with a PDF editor, and emailed back to me.
* Google Doc: Go to the linked Google Doc below, print it out, fill it in, and then scan or take a photo of it before emailing it back to me.
From there I can more accurately gauge the scope of the work (time and services needed for the project), and ensure that all of your needs will be addressed.
We’ll chat about the project together. After I have the initial details of what your project needs are, we can setup a meeting to further discuss the project. This can happen over email, on the phone, or through a service like Google Meet. It's important that we get to know each other a bit, so that we are both on the same page in regards to what you're goals and objectives are for the project.
I’ll write up a proposal / project plan, based on your answers to the questions linked below, and the conversation that followed. You'll review it and let me know if there needs to be any changes / adjustments / or if we are good to go. If there are any changes needed, I will make them and then re-submit the proposal.
You’ll sign the contract and pay 50% of the price. That way we have it in writing what our agreement is, and we’ve both invested in the project to ensure that it will be completed. The contract can also cover things like usage rights, payments / payment schedules, estimated timelines, what duties I'll be fulfilling for each part of the project, etc.
I’ll start researching and sketching. You can be as involved in my process as you want to be. So if you want to check out the reference material that I'm using, I'm more than happy to share it with you. I usually develop mood boards in Adobe Illustrator, based off of the vision for the project. I can also make a Pinterest Group Board, so that we can both add visual ideas that are similar to what we discussed for your project. Once there's a baseline and a mood board or group board in place, I'll begin preliminary sketches. All of this just keeps us on the same page.
I’ll use the research to develop and give 1-3 rough concepts and we’ll talk about them. At this stage I want to review with you. That might look like explaining why I made those design decisions, making recommendations for which design I feel provides the strongest solution, and getting any additional feedback about the project.
You will choose the final concept, and will pay 25% (half of the remaining balance due). Once you've given me the go-ahead to move with the design, I will move into the production phase, and finalizing the design. This is the stage where all of the assets are developed or prototyped, to be reviewed by you. We will work out any minor revisions and have back and forth feedback regarding any design changes before the finalization of the assets. Up to 2-3 versions of proofs.
You'll pay the final 25% . The work is complete, so our contract is fulfilled! Final design files will be packaged up and sent off to you. Continuing support is always an option, and if you need additional file types after the project has been completed I am happy to put those together for a small fee.
